The request was to develop an app that would allow employees to easily manage their attendance, book workstations, and receive company communications, all in a single, multilingual platform. To meet these demands, Extendi took an advanced technology approach using React Native to develop a cross-platform mobile app that was compatible with both iOS and Android devices, thus ensuring broad accessibility for all employees. Ruby on Rails for the backend of the app, ensuring high performance and efficient handling of requests from various users, and finally Fastlane to automate the development and release process.
